This practical booklet contains a compilation of the coaching tools presented and used during the training course “Coach’EM” with the purpose of extending the knowledge to other youth workers/leaders internationally for them to use in their daily work with young people. In it you will find instructions on how to use the tools step by step, as well as visual representations of them and downloadable files ready to print.
This booklet, prepared and designed by participants of the training course ‘European Education – Utopia or Reality?’ that took place in Denmark in March 2019, is based on their own ideas and workshops on different topics related to the future of European Education, with the hope that it will inspire educators across Europe to use alternative tools and methods in teaching, facilitation and youth work.
