This Youth Exchange manual, created after the training course with the same name implemented near Tallinn during the period 12-19th April 2023, gathers good practices and inspirational tips and tricks collected from the training content and participants’ input throughout their experience as youth leaders in different types of local and international youth work activities.
"INNOVATE" toolkit
A practical resource compiling the tools and methods shared by participants of the international seminar with the same name that took place Sweden in May 2022. The toolkit includes session outlines with descriptions of tools and links to resources, as well as testimonials from the youth workers participating in the activity.
Leader's Support Manual
This practical and visual guide was designed as a result of the international training course “Lead It Like You Mean It”, held in Norway in July 2019. In it you will find useful information about the role of group leaders in youth exchanges, steps for proper preparation of participants, design of non-formal education sessions and support of follow up stages and involvement of participants.
Impactor: Increasing the local impact of NGOs
This practical resource for NGO coordinators was created after the training course with the same name implemented in Romania in April 2019. In it you will find resources about organizational marketing, communication skills, as well as tips and tricks on supporting young people in the youth exchange cycle and their involvement in the life of the organization.
Upgrade My NGO: Session Outcomes
This document contains the description and outcomes of eight sessions held during an Open Space at “Upgrade My NGO”, a training course on organizational development held in Italy in November 2019. The sessions, facilitated by representatives of the Shokkin Group International network, covered various topics related to the youth field, such as youth trends, quality of youth work, promotion and sustainability of organizations and innovative methods such as educational escape rooms.
