Already a week has passed since we welcomed in Galicia (Spain) the coordinators of “Gems of Youth Work” for the evaluation meeting that closed the project (at least in regard to in-person meetings)!

From 15th to 18th of February 2023 we met up with our colleagues from Eduera, Shokkin Group International and Coobra in order to update our dissemination actions and work on the last push to spread our Gems of Youth Work even further.

Objectives

The objectives for this meeting were to:

  • finalize the results and the concrete action plan for the promotional phase of the project;
  • evaluate each stage of the project based on the evaluation forms, reports, results;
  • discuss future cooperation opportunities in the field of youth work as a project consortium;
  • distribute the project report and update the final action plan for reporting and impact assessment.

After almost two years of cooperation in such a small consortium, it was very nice to discuss questions like What went well? What are we proud of? What have we achieved? or What did not go so well? What could have been done better? What doubts do we have? while enjoying the winter sunshine in the Galician countryside.

And more!

Besides finalizing project results, during the meeting we also recorded the 25th and last podcast episode starring the team behind the project, where we discuss more in depth our learning points, realizations and struggles throughout the life of the project.

AND we even managed to shoot a summary video that will be post-produced very soon and that will serve as a general overview of the project (explain by its initiators) from how the project was created to what were the results of dissemination.

“Gems of Youth Work” is a Strategic Partnership project funded by the Erasmus+ programme through the Estonian National Agency and implemented by Shokkin Group International (Estonia), Coobra Cooperativa Braccianti (Austria), Ticket2Europe (Spain) and EduEra (Slovakia).
